Diet: Drink good quality water. Eat organic vegetables and fruits flavored with natural spices and herbs. Stay away from unnecessary medication, alcohol, sugar and caffeine if you can. Fill your body with the highest vibrations you can.
Lifestyle Changes: Spend some time each day just relaxing with your eyes closed. Talk to your Higher Self, guides and angels. Ask for guidance, healing and insight. Get out in nature as often as possible and connect with our planet.
Relax: Leading up to your session, carve out at least 15 minutes a day to just sit and relax with guided meditations to practice visualization. Listen to high vibrational music.
Your first hypnosis session will be a journey into the unknown.
1. You will feel extremely relaxed. Above all else, hypnosis is a state of relaxation. The more you relax, the easier it will be to go into a trance.
2. The deep relaxation people experience during hypnosis can create subtle changes in the body such as slowed pulse, change in breathing patterns, and relaxation of the face. These are all linked to relaxation and are completely harmless.
3. Hypnosis requires your participation. You will be expected to interact with therapist during your trans state.
4. Expect mental boundaries to be stretched.
5. Whatever you experience will come from your Higher Self and your Higher Self will never give you anything you can't handle.
6. The body may react to what's going on, you may feel emotional.
7. Expect the unexpected. Enjoy hypnosis for what it is; a new experience. It's likely you'll end up getting rid of unwanted or repressed emotions.
Prior to your virtual appointment, we recommend having the following:
1. Quiet Space
2. Good quality internet service
3. Headset with over the ear headphones and mic (see our recommendation).
4. Laptop, PC or tablet that can be securely upright.
5. Zoom app.
