About Me

My path to becoming a certified hypnotherapist began in 2013.  I always had an interest in hypnotherapy and when Edgar Cayce's Association of Research and Enlightenment (ARE) in Virginia Beach offered the class, I immediately knew it was for me.  I became certified in Transpersonal Hypnosis under the teachings of Jason Parker, Ph.D., and Dee Chips.  Furthering my knowledge of hypnosis, I received additional certification in Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) level 2 that I've been practicing for six years.  Additionally, I studied Past Life Regression (PLR), Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) and Soul Center Healing Hypnosis (SCHH).  Hypnosis is an amazing tool to help people and I genuinely find joy in helping people find what they need to heal.
